Plywood
| Count | Thickness | Dims |
| 8x | 1/4 nominal | 48" x 43.625" |
| 1x | 1/4 nominal | 48" x 36" |
| 1x | 1/4 nominal | 48" x 45.5" |
Steps:
- Sourcing
- Need 5 4x8' sheets of 1/4" ply. Aesthetic irrelevant, strength is important.
- Need 4x 103" or greater length beams of decent looking yellow pine (pref 7" and min 6.5" wide). If it's more than 1.125 in thick, only need 2x with expectation of resawing.
- Check the knothole patterns on the pine. Quite bad, will need to switch over to fixture / billet type work.
- Cut the 44" bits out of the pine (accuracy can be low), and ensure the leftover ends are more than 13.25" long.
- Resaw the pine, if doing so.
- .. Not finishing this until I know whether it's worth doing, what with the knot holes etc.
