Ingredients

  • Ground Beef, 1lb
  • Can of pickled (or marinated) artichoke hearts
  • Two bell peppers (green is prettiest)
  • Carrots (1 bunch)
  • Shallot

Instructions

  1. Slice shallots thinly and place in skillet with oil.
  2. Dump the ground beef in the other side.
  3. Carrot tops can be added in if desired. Thinly slice carrots and bell pepper and add those to the skillet.
  4. Drain most, but not all, of the fluid from the artichoke hearts.
  5. Let these cook in separate piles until the beef is more or less browned. Then add the artichoke hearts and mix everything up.
  6. Add in plenty of mustard powder, some garlic powder, salt, soy sauce, and a little tobasco.
  7. Let it finish cooking properly and then serve over the power base.
