This guide is an extension of the Pareto Diet. It aims to bundle together a bunch of recipes that make healthy, tasty, and easy cooking available to the reader without too much thought. Only concentric recipes belong here. Elaborate or tasty-but-unhealthy recipes belong elsewhere.
